This policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with harmonyrhythm.com.

Harmony Rhythm is an independent music project created and directed by Amelia Fjellvard. The website presents the project's music and links to the platforms where the music, merchandise and support options are offered.

Amelia Fjellvard is responsible for the personal data processed through this website.

The website itself has no accounts, registration, newsletter, contact form, checkout or tracking of individual visitors. Personal data reaches us in two ways:

1. Technical access data. Like most websites, the site and its hosting infrastructure automatically process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, and access logs, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
2. Messages you send us. If you write to hello@harmonyrhythm.com, we receive your name (if you provide it), your email address and the content of your message, and we use them only to reply to you and handle your enquiry.

We process the data above on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website and responding to enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), and, where needed, to take steps at your request before replying to you. Legitimate interest does not replace consent for non-essential cookies or analytics — see "Cookies and analytics" below.

• Website hosting and delivery: the website is hosted and delivered by Lovable, with Cloudflare in front of it. The hosting platform's optional visitor-analytics feature is switched off for this website. The remaining technical cookies set at the hosting edge, the retention of access logs, processing locations and the applicable data-processing terms are being confirmed with Lovable.
• Email: Messages sent to hello@harmonyrhythm.com are handled through Domeneshop's email service. Outlook is used as the email client.
• Web fonts: the Instrument Serif and Work Sans fonts are served directly from harmonyrhythm.com. No font files or font-related requests are sent to Google or any other third party when the site is opened.

This website links to third-party services. Clicking such a link takes you to that service, which then processes your data under its own privacy policy, typically including your IP address and usage data. This applies to:

• Music streaming: Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Amazon Music, YouTube Music.
• Social profiles: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and the Linktree page.
• Merchandise: the Harmony Rhythm Fourthwall shop. Purchases are made with Fourthwall as seller; Harmony Rhythm does not receive your payment card details.
• CD purchase: elasticStage, which produces and ships "The First Collection" and handles the order and payment.
• Support / donations: PayPal. Payments are processed by PayPal; Harmony Rhythm does not receive payment card details.

None of these services is embedded in the website, so none of them loads or sets cookies before you follow a link.

The website itself does not place advertising, social-media or analytics cookies and does not run its own visitor tracking. The hosting platform's optional visitor-analytics feature is switched off for this website, so no visit statistics are collected.

Two technical cookies are set by the hosting and delivery infrastructure rather than by the website itself:

• __cf_bm — set by Cloudflare, the network that delivers the site, for bot protection. It lasts about 30 minutes and is described by the hosting provider as strictly necessary for security.
• __dpl — set by the hosting platform on each response and lasts about 24 hours. It appears to relate to routing requests to the correct deployed version of the site. Its exact purpose and legal basis are pending written confirmation from the hosting provider, and this section will be updated once they are confirmed.

The browser also keeps a small amount of temporary state for the page itself, such as scroll position, which is cleared when the tab is closed.

If analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies are ever enabled on this website, a consent solution will be put in place first and this page will be updated.

Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, after which it is deleted unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer. Technical access logs are kept for the period applied by the hosting provider.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive the data you sent us in a portable format. To do so, contact hello@harmonyrhythm.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

If you believe your personal data has been handled incorrectly, you can contact us first, and you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for example the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) or the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
